At SCC, our calves are evaluated at weaning to serve as herd replacements or enter our Lean Beef program. Replacements are kept or offered for sale by consignment or private treaty. Lean Beef Program calves are grass fed only to 500-800 pounds then sold by live weight or processed.. Please let us know if you might be interested in any of our calves.
